Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- International shipping may be available in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
