Return Eligibility
Due to the collectible nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged products: If your pack arrives damaged, torn, or with visible manufacturing defects.
- Wrong product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
- Missing items: If your order is incomplete or items are missing.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note: Opened card packs cannot be returned or refunded. Since each pack contains randomly assorted hand-drawn cards, we cannot accept returns on opened products to maintain fairness for all collectors.
How to Request a Return
- Visit our Order History page and enter the email used during checkout.
- Select the order you'd like to return and click "Request Refund."
- Provide a reason for the return and include photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You'll need to provide your bank details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ultraslam.com.
